Ella's favorite shirt

Up to this point Ella has taken little interest in her clothing. She seems to get great pleasure out of wearing my underwear and bras draped around her neck but other than that she has little interest in what she's wearing until today. This morning I pulled out a shirt that Trixie picked up in Florence quite some time ago. Ella and I discussed the moon and the kitty (aka Gidget) and on the shirt went. The cat was a huge hit. If I asked where the kitty was she would look down and point. After the evening bath Ella insisted Rob put the shirt back on her.

Yep, it's been almost a month.

And a crazy one at that. Rob went out of town, Will came to visit, Will left, Rob returned, we moved, friends from Canada came for eleven days, they left, and now we're recovering from the insanity. I know I have some catching up to do but I don't have a ton of photos. I actually took almost nothing while our friends were in town.


While Rob was gone I found a dining table on Craig's List, my new and potentially dangerous addiction. I was quite happy to sell our old one a couple of days before the move. Ella had gotten quite proficient at repositioning the chairs so she could get onto the table. She had a day where she fell five times. Anytime she was unobserved up she'd go.

As you can see below, she was quite bereft as our old table was taken away but it's new owners.
